Change of Ideas...

Ok. So this started out to be a blog about my family life to share with my far away friends and relatives. I'm going to add to that by showcasing my new endeavors. I've recently broke out the sewing machine again (thanks to my good friend Michelle :) ).
Will's mom bought a play kitchen for Felicity for Christmas, so I thought it was only fitting to make her an apron and matching oven mitt for her "cooking". So, I went about it. This is what came of it:

So, then I decided I would make one for Felicity's friend's birthday. This one featured Dora (the little girl's love) and came out pretty good.

After that, I decided I am going to try to make these and sell them. Not sure who to, but someone will buy them. My MIL saw my idea, and bought some really cool fabric for me. This is the one I made yesterday.

I have more fabric and can't wait to make the next one. I'll start working on it tomorrow (maybe later tonight if I can.) LOL. With each new apron comes a learning experience!
